general guidelines
• Commissions are first come first serve. If you need a commission done by a certain date, you can requests a commission with a deadline, rush fees will be applied according to work queue and detail complexity.• Commissions will take 1 week - 2 months depending on factors like health, complexity of your order, and personal reasons. After 2 months is up you'll have the option to request a refund.• If for any reason I am unable to start/finish your commission you will receive a full refund.• Refunds are not allowed once I start working on the commission.• Once the commission is received I will give an estimated time frame on when the drawing will be finished. (If the time frame changes I will update you).• A fee will be added if you want something change on the final drawing (can range from $5-$10) unless if it’s a misunderstanding on my part.• All original pricing is in USD.
Rules
• I will not draw anything NSFW• I will not draw in another artists art style. If you commission me, you are paying for my art style.• I do NOT authorise using any of my pieces as NFT.• I do NOT authorize using any of my pieces to feed any Al generator or use in an Al generator in any way.• I, the artist, retain the right to post this work to Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and any other site or social media. These will include the product, live streams, time lapses, and any reference images the client has provided.• You may not claim my artwork as your own, trace, or heavily reference (as determined by the artist) my work and claim it as your own.• My watermark may not be removed by any commissions for any reason.• Finished work will be sent as the requested file type either through email or discord. (Digital art)• I, the artist, have the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason, and am not required to document or state that reason.
Payment & Copyright/usage policy
• My accepted currency is USD ONLY.• Payment will be made 100% upfront or split 50%-50% and fees for goods and services will be applied to the commission costs. (5% of the total transaction amount)I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing,
NOT the client. This means I am allowed to:• Promote myself using the drawing
• Display the drawing on any social media platform
• Display the drawing in any location I chooseThe client may use the product for:• Personal use ONLY
•Sharing the art on their social media pages and/or using the art to promote themselves with
PROPER CREDIT to the artistThe following is considered copyright infringement:• Reproducing or using the artwork commercially
• Taking credit for the creation of the artwork
• Removing watermarks or signatures
• Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, written consent
